With over 500 bikes in the warehouse, we always have something to work on! We provide all the tools and have skilled bicycle mechanics on hand to help you out. All skill levels, ages, and abilities are welcome. You are welcome to come help out for an hour or the whole session, whatever works for you. Please dress for the outdoor temperatures, wear closed-toe shoes, and expect to get a little dirty. Social distancing and masks required.
- Thursdays between 4:00pm – 8:00pm are Volunteer Nights. You don’t have to be a bike repair wizard, but it’s great if you are! Usually, we focus on fixing bikes or stripping bikes for parts to use to repair bikes for Change a Tire, Change a Life, Free Bikes for Kids (especially before the holidays), and our Bicycle Thrift Store. Sometimes we’ll be working on reorganizing the shop, processing tubes, or sorting parts. We ask that volunteers sign up via our online form beforehand so we can prepare adequately. Make sure you get our weekly newsletter too, it always has the link to the sign-up form and additional information about volunteer sessions!
- Socially Distanced Saturdays at the Shop from 9:00am – 1:00pm are another great opportunity to help out with projects around the shop. There may be some construction, moving bicycles, cleaning, or maybe even scrapping old bikes for parts. All ages and abilities are welcome. Upcoming Dates:
- November 28th
- December 5th
- December 12th
- December 19th
Events around town:

We have other opportunities for volunteering depending on your skills and abilities. Contact Us for more info on how you can help.
